What the forms collect

The two forms on the contact page collect only what you type into them: your name, email, school, and the details of your session request or volunteer application.

That information is used for one thing: replying to you and arranging a session. It is not sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a form service, which stores them and forwards them by email to the program. When you submit a form you are taken to a Formspree confirmation page, which is covered by Formspree’s privacy policy.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.

No cookies or tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Children

This site is written for teachers, school staff, and high school volunteers. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Volunteers must be 15 or older.

Photos of students on this site are published with permission from their school. If you would like a photo removed, email the address below and it will be taken down.

Deleting your information

To see, correct, or delete anything you sent through a form, email nolanariask@gmail.com. It will be deleted from both Formspree and the program’s email.
